   The Service consists of a public-facing website and interactive video demonstrations designed to showcase the capabilities of bespoke interactive video solutions for various industries, including business, education, and marketing. The demonstrations are intended as an aid and proof-of-concept, not a substitute for professional judgement or decision-making.
2. No Guarantees of Outcome
   The Provider makes no warranties or guarantees that using our services will result in any specific number of leads, sales, or revenue. The performance of interactive video may vary due to market conditions, customer usage, and client-specific implementation.
3. Technical Compatibility
   The Service is designed to be compatible with the latest stable versions of modern web browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge. While we endeavour to ensure broad compatibility, we do not warrant that the Service will function perfectly on outdated browsers, non-standard devices, or within restrictive corporate network environments.
4. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with your use of or reliance on the Service. This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, missed sales, or technical failure.

8. Intellectual Property
   The software, scripts, design, logic, and videos of the Interactive Video service remain the intellectual property of the Provider. You are granted a limited license to access and use the public demonstrations for evaluation purposes only.

   We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
    Where the Service links to or integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, social media, booking tools), you acknowledge that we are not responsible or liable for how those platforms handle your data. You bear full responsibility for assessing compatibility and suitability of any third-party integrations.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
